Design Team Leader, Accessories Development

We are looking for a Design Team Leader who will report to the Project Manager to help us lead a design team passionate about motorsports and driven by innovation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage innovative design projects that define the very essence of BRP’s reputation.

You Will Have the Opportunity To

• Serve as a manager for all designers in your group to ensure the team’s objectives are met.
• Oversee the execution of design activities in accordance with best practices, such as technical drawings, bills of materials, digital models, and other documentation.
• Ensure the professional development of each member of your team.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure product development and on‑time delivery of tooling and components.
