Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain creative standards across static design, display advertising, email, HTML5 banners, motion, and digital campaigns
- Manage, mentor, and develop designers and motion designers through creative direction and coaching
- Develop design systems, templates, workflows, and quality standards for scalable production
- Translate client brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts and storyboards
- Partner with Video Editors, Copywriters, and Creative Strategists to execute integrated campaigns
- Leverage AI-assisted creative tools to improve workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in art direction, digital design, or creative leadership
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams in an agency or fast-paced environment
