As an Arc Product Champion focused on Experience and Design Systems, you will occupy a highly strategic, customer‑facing role. You are the technical backbone of the sales cycle, helping clients visualize and trust the value of Arc by transforming abstract requirements into tailored prototypes and high‑impact demonstrations. Your primary mission is to adapt Arc toward the largest market opportunities by deeply understanding and manipulating its design and token system.
You will work across multiple markets (DACH, UK, Nordics, France, Benelux, Spain, Middle East) and support both new business opportunities and replatform/renewal initiatives with existing clients. You are the technical backbone in the sales cycle – partnering with the Merkle Arc leadership, sales directors, and delivery teams to shape winning solutions.
