Key Responsibilities:
Designing of Mechanical services i.e. HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting
Project design, Preliminary Design report with cost estimates, design drawings, preparation of specification and bill of quantities, periodic site supervision.
Verify contract and Design parameters for MEP works and provide value engineering inputs on the same.
Experienced in project planning, co-ordination with multiple internal and external consultants/ vendors.
Co-ordination and development of Design specifications, BOQ, DBR, RFQ, RFI etc.
Verification of MEP Design details for all stages of Design.
Initiatives in BIM, IMS and Kaizen.
Should be well-versed with
MEP design software AutoCAD, Revit etc.
Should be well-versed with Codal requirement for MEP (NBC, IS, IEC, NFPA standards)
Qualification& Work Experience
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
Firsthand experience in designing of residential projects.
