Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager responsible for the design quality and coordination of design between different design streams.
Your role
- Guide designers reviewing designs and ensure that project requirements are met.
- Arrange and/or facilitate design coordination and design review meetings and workshops.
- Design Management Coordination including Core Real Estate Asset Design Non-Common Asset Design Façade Design Sustainability and Public Realm Design.
- Quality Assurance of design and implementation of the Vision for the Line.
- Manage compliance with Design and Deliverables Requirements Development Control Regulations (DCRs) and Design KPIs.
- Manage Design KPI Register Risk Register and Safety in Design Register.
- Manage Design Review comments and responses and Stage Review comment close-out.
