Role Purpose
Lead and grow multi‑disciplinary design and technical teams delivering complex Advanced Process Manufacturing (APM) projects across the full lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide overall design leadership and governance across large, multi‑disciplinary projects or portfolios.
- Ensure design delivery meets quality, safety, cost, programme and client expectations.
- Lead, review and approve technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with Arcadis standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Directors on delivery strategy, risk, and commercial matters.
- Manage resources effectively, including workforce planning, recruitment and capability development.
