Design Cafe is hiring Design Manager for Kolkata Store .

Job Description:-
Experience:

7+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Responsibilities:

Must have managed a monthly revenue of ₹1.5 crore or more.
Team Management:

Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers.
Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily.
Handle client escalations - red level
Report Directly into City Head on key metrics
De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's
Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go

Requirement : -
-Excellent Written and Verbal communication
-Require Minimum 7 + yrs of experience
-Should Have a Strong Team Management experience
-3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects
-B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent
