Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager responsible for the design quality and coordination of design between different design streams.
Your role
- Assist in developing architecture design style.
- Managing the design by creative approach and aesthetic design.
- Responsible to deliver various architectural design types: residential commercial public healthcare educational etc.
- Strong ability to prepare develop and edit drawings and presentations.
- Qualitative architectural design review comment and recommendation
- Draft comprehensive architectural sets from concept until detailed design documents
- Develop and review architectural asset briefs
- Prepare SoW specifications reports and related data tables.
- Take initiative to develop design manuals standard design documents
