As a Design Manager Group Leader (GL), you’ll be called upon to use your inspirational leadership skills to provide mentoring and coaching to staff aligned to you, including development of goals and performance reviews. GLs are also responsible for promoting inclusion and diversity and for working to provide meaningful and equitable opportunities for all staff to progress their careers within Jacobs.
