SELECTED is working with a leading real estate investment and development group to recruit a Design Manager for a high-profile luxury hospitality project in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to combine design coordination with hands-on project delivery on one of the most prestigious developments currently underway in the GCC.
The successful candidate will bring a balance of design expertise and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering luxury hospitality projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee design stages from schematic through to construction documentation and final delivery
- Coordinate with appointed architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors to maintain design quality
