Position Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of sustainable building service designs across a range of projects, including commercial, residential, tall towers, infrastructure, and mixed‑use developments.

• Designing ventilation and air conditioning systems to meet the highest international standards.
• Conducting engineering evaluations, feasibility studies, and detailed designs.
• Researching, planning, and implementing sustainable mechanical systems, with a focus on HVAC.
• Preparing thorough mechanical engineering calculations to support system designs.
• Applying knowledge of building service design codes such as British Standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and IMC.
• Collaborating with clients to achieve project objectives in a professional manner.
