About the Role
Engineers at Ashby tackle our most challenging design problems and help others improve their designs by expanding and enhancing our in-house design system and consulting on bespoke work. We build solutions that empower talent teams with intelligent, powerful technology.
Responsibilities
- Tackle challenging design problems and consult with engineers to improve design quality.
- Redesign and optimize our mobile web app, from customer research to implementing new flows in our design system.
- Create flexible, composable component libraries that enable other engineers to build custom features.
- Improve information hierarchy and scannability in interfaces so recruiters can quickly parse candidate assessments.
- Research problems, write product specifications and wireframes, and implement end‑to‑end solutions inside our TypeScript/React stack.
