Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the design strategy across brand, growth marketing, campaigns, digital experiences, and customer journeys, ensuring a consistent and impactful user experience
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing design team, establishing scalable processes, quality standards, and best practices to drive creative excellence
- Partner closely with marketing, product, content, and regional teams to deliver compelling and user-centric experiences across multiple channels and markets
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, including concept development, campaign execution, design systems, and visual identity standards
- Establish and optimize design operations, workflows, and collaboration frameworks to improve efficiency, execution quality, and speed-to-market
- Leverage customer insights, user research, and performance data to continuously improve experiences and drive business impact
