Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to own the end-to-end launch process for new brands and products. This critical role ensures that once a brand/product is authorized, the follow up and execution are flawless. You will serve as the central coordinator and accountability driver across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Account Management to guarantee timely setup, PO issuance, delivery, and shelf execution while also supporting post-launch activities such as promotions and ongoing account health. This is a high-impact position that directly protects revenue, improves customer (retailer and brand) satisfaction, and reduces internal friction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves driving accountability, and excels at using tools like spreadsheets and trackers to keep complex, multi-stakeholder projects on track.
