Deputy Site Manager

Job Summary

• The Deputy Site Manager is responsible for supporting the Site Manager and the client in the overall execution, coordination, and supervision of all site activities at Tuas South. The role serves as the primary day‑to‑day operational lead, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of all works while maintaining close coordination with the Site Manager, key subcontractors, client representatives, and the site team.
• The Deputy Site Manager will work closely with the two principal subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary activities, including Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Testing & Commissioning, painting, logistics, and other construction activities. The role requires strong leadership, planning, problem‑solving, and communication skills to ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with project schedule, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
