Deputy Project Director (Construction)

Our client is seeking an experienced Deputy Project Director to support the Project Director in leading the successful delivery of major building/infrastructure project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Director in overseeing the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.
• Lead and manage Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and supporting project teams.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, construction methodologies, resource allocation, and recovery plans to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, company policies, and Workplace Safety & Health standards.
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and schedule objectives.
