Responsibilities
- Support the PM in all aspects of program execution, act on behalf of the PM as delegated or during PM absence
- Lead planning and day to day execution of training events, workshops, and exercises across Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and other partner nations
- Lead, coach, and mentor support staff and instructor cadre
- Track the timely submission of contract deliverables
- Coordinate the Operations & Logistics Coordinators
- Support capability assessments, Training Needs Analyses (TNAs), and gap analyses, and help translate findings into training plans and updates to the TIMP and IMS
- Lead Quarterly Program Management Reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science preferably in business, security studies, international relations, law enforcement
- MBA and DAWIA certification or PMP desired
