Deputy Operation Executive (Engineering Inventory, Warehouse, Store)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily inventory store activities
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, goods, and supplies against delivery documentation
• Issue materials and products in accordance with authorized requests and record all stock movements
• Work with inventory store manager-in-charge to review process workflow and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure safe, proper and effective housekeeping of inventory store
• Issue items, update inventory and monitor stock levels
• Manage disposal of waste and carry out regular inspections of inventory store items and storage conditions
• Label, store and file stock items and ensure all required documentation are completed
• Conduct regular stock takes, support reconciliation and compile necessary reports
