Deputy Managing Director Flex Gen Mexico (Lomas de Chapultepec)

Purpose of the Position

Second the MD FlexGen Mexico (currently based in Lima) and co‑manage all aspects of the FlexGen businesses in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Co‑manage all aspects of the FlexGen businesses in Mexico, including development & implementation of new projects, operations and maintenance of existing assets, risk management, H&S culture and performance, and commercial aspects.
• Be co‑responsible for the full P&L; meet operational, financial, environmental, and H&S objectives within legal & compliance framework; accountable for all internal & external audits including income.
• Propose organizational adjustments as per business needs and foster development of talent and key people; co‑manage and provide direction to the GBU management team.
