I am currently working with a provider of children's residential care to recruit a Deputy Manager for their children's home home based in West Bromwich caring for Children with learning disabilities.

In this role you will;

* Work with the Registered Manager to support the home through procedures, policies and activities engaged in to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for the child or young person they are responsible for.

* Support the staff team to ensure positive outcomes for the children they support

* Work with the Manager to continuously develop the home to achieve and maintain Outstanding with OFSTED

To be successful in this role you will have;
