Deputy Manager - Learning Disabilities

Working closely with the Frontline Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership, supporting a skilled and passionate team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You'll champion MacIntyre's values, lead by example and help create an environment where both the people we support and your colleagues can thrive.

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week , worked flexibly across a 24-hour, 7-day rota , including weekends, bank holidays and participation in the local on-call rota.

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Frontline Manager with the smooth running of the home, ensuring that the people we support remain at the heart of everything we do.
