To be responsible for finalizing vendors for the construction work at the site Principal Accountabilities: Preparing & reviewing budgetary controls as per the Cost of Construction Executing Contractor packaging strategy and finalizing the scope for vendors Preparing the Pre-qualification for new Contracts as per BOQ, Cost Analysis, Estimation, Tendering process, Comparative sheet & Approval note Closely examining the contracts PO and agreement of all projects. Co-ordinating with External Architects for preparation of Tender documents Performing techno – commercial evaluation of rates quoted by contractors Assisting in finalization of tender bids and contracts Coordinating with corporate commercial team for approval of new Contracts and Agreements.
