Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the overall accounting functions of the department.
- Prepare and review financial reports, records, and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 3–5 accounting professionals.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts function.
