JOB SUMMARY
The Deputy General Manager (DGM) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, business direction, and operational oversight for a portfolio of companies within an assigned industry cluster. The role drives sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and value creation by aligning business strategies with the Group's overall vision and objectives. The DGM partners closely with business leaders and executive management to strengthen organizational capabilities, optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure sound governance, risk management, and compliance across all assigned businesses.
Depending on the assigned portfolio, the Deputy General Manager shall oversee one of the following business clusters:
Cluster A – Infrastructure, Industrial & Technical Services
- Engineering & Construction
- Logistics & Transportation
- Energy & Power Generation
