We have an opportunity for a Depot Site Manager who will be responsible for the safe, efficient, commercially disciplined and cost-effective management of Maersk’s Uganda depot sites. The role owns day-to-day depot execution, people leadership, HSSE performance, equipment flow, operational discipline, customer experience, cost control and depot P&L delivery.
In addition, as the senior-most Local Product representative in Uganda, the role will provide country-level coordination support across Local Products, including Depot, CHB and Landside Transport. This includes stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, workflow governance, escalation management and general operational supervision where local alignment is required.
