About the role
Part‑time Customer Service Associate (16 hours per week) at Ilusión Zubiate, a family leisure center in Spain. We need sociable, energetic people with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Attend and accompany customers in all areas of the center
- Advise customers to guarantee the best leisure experience
- Resolve basic issues with arcade machines
- Maintain the space clean, organized and welcoming
- Participate in birthday parties, events and activities
- Support the indoor playground and snack‑bar
- Receive merchandise and collaborate with the team
Qualifications
- Sociable, active and with a positive attitude
- Good teamwork and face‑to‑face skills
- Initiative and motivation to learn
- Experience in hospitality, leisure or retail is desirable
- Availability to work evenings, nights and weekends
