- Teach undergraduate courses in relevant specialization.
- Develop and update course content aligned with BBA curriculum.
- Conduct research and contribute to academic publications.
- Mentor and guide students for their academic and professional growth.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees and university initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in HRM/HRD, Hospital Management or Marketing from an HEC recognized institution.
- MPhil/MS in relevant field (PhD will be preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
