About Your Role As a Department Manager at one of Dollar Tree’s Distribution Centers, you’ll manage and oversee departmental operations and associates within the Distribution Center. You’ll ensure daily warehouse activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Department Operations
Manage and oversee up to 20 associates and all related departmental functions within the Distribution Center
Support operations across Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping, and Equipment departments
