Department Head - Treasury Retail Distribution

Job Summary

Responsible for supervision and direction of the Department's achievements in line with the Bank's key result areas. Manages distribution of Treasury products across the bank through various networks such as Retail Banking Group, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking Group, SME, GES and Direct Treasury accounts.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of development of Treasury Sales Business Strategy, Retail and High Net Worth individuals as aligned with the general direction of the Segment Head and the Treasury Head.
• Monitors overall performance of Business Strategy to ensure management targets and objectives are achieved as per internal and external policies.
• Directly oversees the sales teams on distribution of Treasury products to CBG, SME, GES, WMG, RBG clients and direct Treasury clients, if any.
