Responsibilities
- Assisting the dentist during treatment procedures, including preparation of instruments, materials, and medications.
- Educating patients on oral health maintenance.
- Sterilizing instruments.
- Taking impressions; and preparing dental materials.
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- Answering patient inquiries about services, fees, appointments, etc.
- Entering patient information into the database.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
