Role Overview
Handles product demonstrations and develops new recipes by using Technolux equipment. Directly monitors and evaluates the selling and promotional activities of the salesmen with his group; sees to it that sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the sales personnel in product demonstrations;
- Handles the product demonstration during trade shows;
- Ensures cleanliness and efficiency of the equipment;
- Develops new recipes by using and maximizing the special features of our equipment;
- Regularly conducts product demonstrations for customers within a given schedule;
- Computes / calculates food costing of each recipe developed;
- Directs the activities of the salesmen within his group; monitors sales performance and implements necessary actions to maximize sales volume within his group...
