We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate for the position of Demi Chef to join our new Associate Restaurant under the Allied Function at Laguna Phuket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of the assigned kitchen section
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards, and instructions from senior chefs
- Support food preparation and mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and inform senior chefs of any shortages
- Assist in training and guiding Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers when required
