Demand & Supply Planner Leader

**What will you do?
**The primary responsibility of this position is to execute and maintain the demand & supply planning for targeted customer groups- Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends.
- Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process.Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue- Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands.
- Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.
- Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives.
- Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes.
- Optimize Inventory planning according to the demand and market trends to meet cost and the service objectives.
