• Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  Drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process maturity
• Facilitate Demand Management Review (DMR) preparation and meetings
  Ensure alignment between target and unconstrained demand plans
• Facilitate gap-closing proposals
• Oversee the approval/escalation process for integrated reconciliation among Commercial teams, Supply Planning, and Finance
• Demand Planning: Demand Forecasting Leadership, Alignment with Business Plan, Data Management and Model Selection, Analysis and Continuous Improvement
• Integration and Tool Implementation:Inventory and Supply Chain Optimization
• Customer Service/ Customer Operations:Oversee and troubleshoot all aspects of customer service, ensuring quality improvements and addressing process and procedure issues.
