Demand Planner – Iberia Demand Planning & Forecasting

We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join our Iberia Demand Planning & Forecasting team, based in Madrid, Spain. This role manages 800+ SKUs across iconic brands (Oreo, Milka, Fontaneda, LU Prince, TUC, and more) in a fast‑paced FMCG food environment where shelf life is a real operational constraint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the 0‑24 month IBP demand forecast by brand and at SKU level.
• Own the short‑term and long‑term demand plan: manage the weekly disaggregated plan (SKU/location mix and weekly pacing) and the rolling 3‑24 month forecast.
• Drive the IBP cycle: contribute to the demand management cycle of the Integrated Business Planning process, including strategy and structure discussions.
• Influence cross‑functionally: liaise with commercial, supply and operational teams to align on assumptions, challenge inputs, and improve plan quality.
