Demand Planning & S&OP Lead

Monster Energy LATAM is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to manage the end-to-end S&OP cycle. You will lead monthly demand reviews, ensuring alignment between bottlers and the company while analyzing sales performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field and experience in sales forecasting, logistics, and supply chain management. This role is critical in ensuring our supply keeps pace with market demands.
