Position Summary
Your mission is to create and maintain an updated demand plan that accurately reflects market reality (maximize forecast accuracy) to ensure alignment with the business plan.
Main Responsibilities
- Review historical sales trends, identify demand drivers, prepare forecasts, develop statistical models, and evaluate results.
- Lead monthly forecast and consensus review meetings to align the Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations departments.
- Participate in S&OP meetings, leading the Demand Planning component.
- Execute and oversee demand planning processes according to sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate product launches within the Supply Chain area.
