A Day in the Life at MKS:
As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the demand planning process for all Products within the VSD Division supporting multiple business units.
The product portfolio is broad and hence the role requires an individual who is seasoned with working a broad portfolio and familiar with various forecasting methods to be applied as appropriate.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Examining historical shipments, utilizing statistical forecast tools, collecting forecast information input from Sales team, and documenting the assumptions used in developing the forecast.
- Examining historical shipments, marketing/category trends, including consumption and utilizing statistical forecast tools.
- Collecting forecast information input from Marketing used in developing the forecast (by item/week/customer/geography/location, etc.) where applicable.
