Demand Planner - Latam (Xico)

Supply Chain Professional responsible for demand planning and end-to-end supply activities with sales representatives, distributors and customers.

• Plans and schedules inbound and outbound movement of materials among plants, suppliers, distributors and customers.
• Develops rolling 12‑month SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Plan).
• Determines material requirements to ensure efficient use of material across production, inventory and distributor operations.
• Develops reports based on cross‑company data to support decision‑making in forecasting, planning and stocking.
• Implements new processes to improve efficiency and service for internal and external customers.
