About the Role

To drive accurate and reliable demand forecasts for all U.S. customer accounts by leveraging rigorous data analysis, continuous process improvement, and close collaboration with the Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly demand forecasting process, including base and promotional forecasts for key U.S. retail partners.
• Maintain and update forecast data within Nature Sweet's demand planning system to ensure alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Participate in Monthly Sales Tactical Meetings, providing insights and updates to support decision‑making across Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Project Management.
• Perform data entry and forecast adjustments to reflect the latest sales trends, promotions, and market intelligence.
