- Provide the markets reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baseline;
focused on the full horizon of 0‑24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on ‘where to focus to make a difference’
- Own the integrated demand plan for assigned distributor markets (Sell‑in / Depletions / Inventory context). Drive ‘no or low touch forecasting’ by setting the right parameters for exception‑based planning.
