Responsibilities
- Acquisition: Identify, prioritize, and test channels such as SEM, Meta, influencers, podcasters, partnerships, and organic channels. Brief and manage external specialists, freelancers, or agencies, steering campaigns and owning results.
- Funnel & Product: Map the end‑to‑end funnel, locate leaks, and ship fixes that lift conversion and retention. Drive product changes with the dev team and coordinate acquisition improvements with marketing.
- Analytics: Own tracking setup, pull data from multiple tools into a unified view, interpret results, and pinpoint the biggest growth opportunities. Use SQL, Python/pandas, GA4, Amplitude and AI tools to accelerate analysis.
