Job Description Owner of Terapia’s patient funnel from acquisition to retention. The job is growth: constant experimentation across the whole funnel, backed by hard numbers. This is not a structured PM and not a manage‑from‑a‑distance lead;
it’s a hands‑on, entrepreneurial operator who takes the patient side and makes it move. Terapia is a two‑sided marketplace: patients (demand) and therapists (supply). This role owns the patient side only, inside the Terapia project (not company‑wide). How you will make an impact You own growth end‑to‑end—from acquisition to retention.
