Responsibilities

  • Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns: paid search, paid social, email, SEO, webinars.
  • Manage ad budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with a focus on ROI.
  • Build marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurture sequences.
  • Set and track MQL/SQL targets; report on pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales on ICP alignment, lead quality, and feedback loops.
  • Execute ABM strategies targeting key verticals and enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in demand gen or growth marketing in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Hands‑on experience with paid media, marketing automation, and CRM.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable translating data into campaign decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow pipeline through measurable programs.
