At Factorial, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead our growth strategy for the Italian market. This is a key role where you will drive scalable initiatives, manage a local events and webinars team, handle budget allocation, and align closely with Sales to accelerate pipeline generation and market expansion.

What you’ll do

• Design and execute data-driven demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth in the Italian market.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director as a strategic partner and key advisor, influencing business-critical decisions and go-to-market priorities.
• Manage inbound and outbound lead orchestration: own end-to-end strategy and execution of lead orchestration, prioritize lead assignments, ensure collaboration across teams, optimize routing and coverage models, and provide enablement for campaigns.
