Demand & Capacity Manager

Job Description:

• Own end-to-end Demand & Capacity Management across insurance portfolios (Health, Motor, Travel, Property).

• Act as governance lead for demand intake, validation, prioritization, and approval workflows.

• Create and manage Delivery plans, demand pipelines, capacity models, effort estimates, and portfolio roadmaps.

• Perform capacity forecasting considering seasonality (renewals, monsoon claims, regulatory deadlines).

• Track delivery health, SLA adherence, utilization, and risk indicators.

• Work closely with business, IT, compliance, vendors, and data teams.

• Govern projects and programs running on GCP with PostgreSQL-backed systems.

• Provide executive-level dashboards and MIS reporting.
