Demand and inventory planner

As a Sr Materials Planner, you will accomplish activities related to local and international planning to ensure the availability of materials at the manufacturing site to guarantee compliance with production schedules.
You will report to Planning Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the and proper supply of raw materials to guarantee the level of service required by internal customers.
Improve the inventory of approximately 600 SKUs (300 Make to Stock), minimizing obsolescence and overstock.
Coordinate with integral suppliers to meet delivery times and logístical conditions.
Mitigate supply risks through advanced planning strategies (DDMRP). Periodically maintaining planning parameters in ERP systems.
Ensure the Service Level, Maintaining a 95% Level of Safety Stock.
Ensure availability of materials at point of use to avoid impacts to production schedules and customer orders.
Analyze possible risk situations in the supply chain of your materials.
