A completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
- 2+ years of Direct management experience for employees and their performance.
- 3+ Years of general experience- Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts if needed.Availability to work 50% of the time on a night shift.
