Summary
Travel Distribution Operations brings together worldwide activities related to delivery services, go-to-market, learning, and supporting customers across the full lifecycle. In Delivery Management, we take ownership of diverse delivery activities, coordinate expert resources across multiple domains, and support the commercial organization as a key operational entry point for customers and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery projects, defining scope, milestones, risks, and escalation paths to support reliable delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, aligning priorities and ensuring the right expertise is engaged at the right time.
- Partner closely with customers and commercial stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Account Management, Customer Success) to manage expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout delivery.
