KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end‑to‑end Quality Engineering service delivery for strategic banking clients. Drive delivery excellence across functional testing, automation engineering, performance engineering, test data management, data & ETL testing, monitoring & observability validation, and AI‑led/GenAI‑enabled Quality Engineering services. Ensure delivery governance, SLA adherence, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build scalable and transformation‑led QE operating models aligned with client objectives. Act as the executive delivery partner for client leadership teams; build trusted relationships with CIOs, QA heads, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
